A decade or so ago, I realized that my body parts were not as indestructible and needed more tender loving care. One step of my new “fitness” plan was to ingest better foods. Enter “organic” foods. I started reading and learning how to eat better foods. To help me concentrate on my goal to always eat the best foods, I have started this blog about organic foods.
